How do I report a problem with Spoken?

If you come across a problem with Spoken, it’s easy to reach out to us in the app, by email, or by phone.

When reporting an issue, it’s helpful for us if you are as specific as possible. For example, if Spoken is not producing sound when words are selected, let us know details like how often it’s happening, if you are connected to the internet, and what things you’ve already tried to troubleshoot the issue.

It’s also helpful if you can give us some information about the device you are using and any software details you are aware of. For example, if you are using an iPhone, let us know what model of iPhone and which version of iOS you are using.

You can find this information in the app by going to Settings > “See My Account”

The settings page in Spoken, with the “See My Account” option highlighted with a bright orange outline.
On the account page, the device and operating system details are highlighted with a blue outline.

Alternatively, you can find the name of your device and operating system by following one of these tutorials:

We will also be interested in knowing which version of Spoken you are using. This can be found on the “My Account” screen as well.

On the account page, the version of Spoken is highlighted with a blue outline.

Once you have the details prepared, there are multiple ways you can contact us.

In the settings menu, “Contact Spoken” is highlighted with an orange outline.
